The brief
The company helps homeowners and builders with permit drawings, structural drawings, inspection responsibility, plumbing and electrical drawings. Visitors usually only know they need a permit. The site has to quickly show which service is right, what it costs and that others have been happy, and then get the person to call.
How it was built
A hero with the Google rating and two clear choices, call now or book a meeting. Services sit as a scannable two-column list instead of icon cards, the price pages are straight, and the project gallery shows real drawings. Motion is quiet: soft reveals on scroll, nothing that steals focus from the phone number.
